Through opening the energy channels in your body together we can calm your nervous system and achieve vitality. Here in the San Francisco Bay Area, I offer acupuncture sessions, therapeutic massage, and somatic energy healing.  My favorite is to integrate Acupuncture and massage with meditation guidance, breath coaching and Hakomi based intuitive somatic psychology and body listening or Medical Qi Gong.
